Propanol
Tablet
1. Tobramycin opth. 2 gtt O.S. q6h
Instill 2 drops of ophthalmic tobramycin on
left eye every six hours.
2. ASA grain v P.O. t.i.d.
Take 5 grains of Aspirin by mouth three times
a day.
3. Mylanta 10 mL p.o. 1 h.a.c., 1 h p.c., h.s., et
q2h p.r.n. @noc.
Take 10 milliliters of Mylanta 10mL by mouth
1 hour before meals, 1 hour after meal at
bedtime and every 2 hours as needed at night
4. Morphine SO4 1/4 gr IM q. 4h p.r.n., severe
pain
Administer 1⁄4 grain of morphine sulfate
intramuscularly every 4 hours as needed for
severe pain
5. NPH insulin 30 U SQ q.d. 30 min a breakfast
Administer 30 units of NPH (Neutral
Protamine Hagedorn) insulin subcutaneously
everyday before breakfast.
6. 750 mL 5% D/O 0.45% NS in 8h IV
Administer 750 mL of of 5% dextrose in 0.45%
NaCl for 8 hours intravenously.
7. Clindamycin phosphate 600 mg IV as LD
now, then q6h 5d.
Administer Clindamycin phosphate 600 mg
Intravenously as loading dose now, then
every 6 hours for 5 days.
8. Tramadol 50mg/mL stat
Administer Tramadol 50 mg/ml immediately.
9. Digoxin 250 mcg p.o. q.d
250 micrograms of Digoxin taken orally
everyday.
10. Amoxicillin 500 mg p.o. q8h for URI
500 milligrams of Amoxicillin taken orally
every 8 hours for Upper Respiratory Infection
