The State recognizes the important role of professionals in ()and, towards this end, promotes the sustained development of a reservoir of professionals whose competence has been determined by honest and credible licensure examinations and whose standards of professional service and practice are internationally recognized and considered world-class brought about the regulatory measures, programs and activities that foster professional ()()
nation-building growth and advancement.
There is hereby created a three-man commission to be known as the (), hereinafter referred to as the Commission, which shall be attached to the office of the President for general direction and coordination.
Professional Regulation Commission
The Commission shall be headed by
