o In the event that the school or university from where he/he obtained his/her degree DOES NOT offer a refresher program, the applicant must be allowed to enroll in an institution or organization duly accredited by the ()() based on guidelines provided

o He/she must submit to PRC a ()()() in a refresher program duly signed by the Dean or Program Head of the School from where he/she () his/her degree

o The refresher program shall be conducted for a period of NLT (), focusing on the subjects prescribed in Sec. 15 of R.A. 10918. Completion of the refresher program will allow the applicant() opportunities to take the examinations.
