a. Identifies appropriately the health and pharmaceutical needs of the population as
well as the appropriate interventions to address them
b. Support activities aimed at protecting and improving the health and well-being of
the population
c. Participates in policy and strategy development and implementation
d. Contributes to the evidence base on how medicines-related interventions,
programs and policies improve and protect the health of the population through
academic and/or pharmacy practice research
e. Ensures clinical governance and continuous quality improvement in service
design and delivery
