There’s no easy trick for finding out if a number is in the 7 × table. But there is a way of
remembering the answer to 7 × 8:
7 × 8 = 56. Just remember the sequence: 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Try reversing the order if you’re having problems
. Remember that 7 × 5 is the same as 5 × 7

) so you can use the 5 x table if you know it better.
