The BOP may delegate the hearing or investigation of administrative cases filed before it, except when the issue or question strictly involves or concerns the practice of pharmacy profession or occupation, in which the case, the hearing shall be presided over by at least () member of the BOP assisted by a legal or hearing officer of the PRC, subject to applicable provisions of the pharmacy Act and/or its IRRs

5. The () shall conduct or delegate the conduct of summary proceedings on minor violations of the Pharmacy Act and its IRRs, as well as, violations of the general instructions to examinees committed by examinees

6. The BOP renders judgements or decisions in()()(), as a collegial body, by a majority of all its members, subject to applicable provisions of the pharmacy Act.
