Section 11. GROUNDS FOR SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL FROM OFFICE OF THE CHAIRPERSON OR MEMBER OF THE BOARD The President of the Philippines may, upon recommendation of the PRC and after due process, suspend or remove the Chairperson or any member of the Board on any of the following grounds:
(a) Gross ()()() in the discharge of duty

Section 12. CUSTODIAN OF ITS RECORDS, SECRETARIAT AND SUPPORT SERVICES
