Kennel Cough
A contagious respiratory disease involving the trachea and bronchi of dogs is caused by bacteria and viruses. It is characterized by a harsh dry cough with (honking sound), runny nose, fever, lethargy, loss of appetite.
Rhinitis
Inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose is caused commonly by viruses. It is characterized by nasal discharge, sneezing frequently, and the sense of smell is usually impaired.
Tracheal Collapse
Respiratory condition in which occur collapse and flattening of the trachea is caused by neurological deficiency of tracheal muscles or due to congenital disorder, It is characterized by dry cough, difficulty breathing, and cyanosis.
Influenza
A highly contagious respiratory disease caused by influenza viruses. It is characterized by moist and dry cough, nasal and ocular discharge, fever, difficulty breathing, and lethargy.

Bronchitis
Inflammation of the bronchi and bronchioles and may extend into the lung tissues. It is characterized by coughing, abnormal lung sounds, mucoid and mucopurulent exudate.
Pneumonia
Inflammation of lung tissues caused by a viral or bacterial infection. It is characterized by rapid breathing, respiratory distress, cough, fever, abnormal lung sounds, and mucopurulent nasal discharge.
Rabies
A viral disease that attacks the brain and spinal cord in which the dogs show aggression, voracious appetite, fever, difficulty swallowing, salivation, seizures, and paralysis.
Canine Distemper
Contagious and viral disease that attacks the nervous, respiratory and gastrointestinal systems. It is characterized by a watery discharge from the eyes, nasal discharge, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and reduced appetite.
Meningitis
Inflammation of the meninges (the membrane that covers the brain and spinal cord) is caused by a bacterial, viral, fungal infection. It is characterized by generalized pain, muscle spasms, trouble when walking, blindness, loss of appetite, and fever.
Encephalitis
Inflammation of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system) is caused by a bacterial, viral, parasitic infection. It is characterized by loss of coordination, head tilting, fever, seizures, and depression.
Cardiomyopathy
The inability of the heart to pump adequate blood to the body. It causes difficulty in breathing, coughing, lethargy, collapse, blue tongue, and excessive drooling.
Congestive Heart Failure
A condition occurs when the output from the heart is no longer able to meet the body's metabolic demands for oxygen. It is characterized by difficulty breathing, exercise intolerance, ascites, collapse, fainting, and sudden death.
Urolithiasis
It is the urinary calculi that usually occur in the urinary tract of the dog. Occur aggregation of crystalline and matrix materials within the urinary tract causing frequent urination, blood in the urine, and abdominal pain.
Cystitis
Inflammation of the wall of the urinary bladder that caused by bacteria, bladder stones, tumors. It is characterized by blood in the urine, straining to produce a small amount of urine, urinate frequently than normal.
Acute Renal Failure
Sudden decline in renal filtration is caused by shock, heat strokes, snake venom, bacterial infection (Leptospirosis). It is characterized by oral ulceration, uremic breath, painful kidneys, vomiting.
Hypothyroidism
An endocrine disease occurs when the thyroid glands fail to produce adequate amounts of the hormones. It causes lethargy, Increased body weight, and an intolerance to cold.
Goiter
A palpable enlargement of the thyroid gland is caused by malignancy, iodine deficiency. It causes dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), dyspnoea (difficulty breathing), dysphonia (difficulty in speaking).
Cushing’s Syndrome( Hyperadrenocorticism)
An increase in the secretion of the adrenal gland of cortisol. It causes polyuria, polyphagia, depression, skin infections, and muscular atrophy leads to difficulty in walking.
Addison’s Disease (Hypoadrenocorticism)
Failure of the adrenal gland to produce aldosterone and cortisol hormones. The cause in many cases is Idiopathic (unknown). It is characterized by polyuria, polydipsia, dehydration, weight loss, anorexia, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Diabetes Mellitus (Honey Sweet Urine)
Chronic complex disorder of carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism. It causes polyuria, polydipsia, weight loss, emaciation, severe dehydration, and in late stages causes coma and death.
